Nunn Fire responds to emergencies across 529 square miles serving the Nunn and Carr communities. In any emergency, call 911.
Fire suppression
Nunn Fire performs both structural and wildland fire suppression throughout the district. One of only two ladder trucks in northern Weld County is housed here in Nunn.
Emergency medical
Nunn Fire is a non-transport BLS-level agency. We pride ourselves on outstanding patient care until a partnering agency arrives to transport.
Rescue
Nunn Fire routinely performs vehicle extrication at motor vehicle accidents.

Nunn Fire provides mutual aid to several neighboring agencies, including:

Open burning within the district requires a Weld County burn permit, and we ask that you notify us before you light. See Burn permits for the full process.
